Ellen was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. Her knowledge and expertise in property value for both current market adjustments as well as appraisal was spot on. We missed out on two places before closing on a third and we are so incredibly happy that we did. Ellen was very honest with us and helped us to understand the value or each property and what it would take to bring up to our standards with renovations and remodeling. There were houses that looked really nice in pictures and then when we showed up, they weren’t so nice and she was honest with us and told us this is not our house. This happened on more than one occasion. When we saw a house that we thought we would love, she would give us a reality check and reminded us that this house didnt check enough boxes for what we wanted. Ultimately, she saved us from getting over ambitious and would remind us that these home we would end up losing out on were not slam dunk homes. She steered us away from this and kept us going and put us in home that we could not be happier with. Ellen is a master at getting deals done while maintaining the best interest of her clients.
